The Turnover Checklist tells your cleaner to stage beds, towels and blankets to your photo standard. This sheet is that standard. You fill it once: one photo per reference shot, taken in daylight from the doorway, with the angle noted beside it so the cleaner's verification photos line up with yours.
It earns its keep twice. Every turnover gets compared against the same pictures, so "clean" stops being a matter of opinion. And the same photos are your pre-stay condition baseline when a damage claim needs proof of how the room looked before the guest arrived.
