The Guarantee & License

Everything here is written in plain English. If anything is unclear, just ask. I would rather explain than hide behind fine print.

Part 1: The Make-It-Right Guarantee

These are instant digital downloads: templates, checklists, spreadsheets, and printable signs you get access to right away. Because of that, they are not the kind of thing you "return." But that does not mean you are on your own if something falls flat.

Here is my promise: if you buy something and you do not find real value in it, tell me. I will make it right.

In practice, "make it right" usually means one of these:

• I fix or improve the item so it actually works for you.
• I help you use it. A quick pointer or walkthrough is often all it takes.
• I sort out a refund when that is the fair thing to do.

I am not going to point you at a rigid "all sales final" wall. I am not going to run you through a stopwatch, either. I just ask that you reach out within a reasonable time, while your purchase is still fresh, and tell me honestly what did not work. Real people read these messages, and we want you to walk away glad you bought from us.

Part 2: Your License to Use the Files

When you buy or download from this site, you get a personal, single-business license. In short: the files are yours to use for your own vacation rentals. They are not yours to sell or hand out to others.

What you can do

• Edit and customize the files to fit your properties.
• Print them and use them at your rentals.
• Use them across the vacation-rental properties in your own business.

What you cannot do

• Resell the files or templates, on their own or as part of another product.
• Redistribute or share them with other hosts, businesses, or the public.
• Sublicense them or pass your license on to someone else.
• Republish them. For example, posting the templates online or including them in your own paid or free downloads.

The simple version: use them all you like for your own rental business, but please do not turn my work into something you distribute or sell. I put real effort into these, and this keeps them valuable for everyone who buys them.
